We start with a deep dive.
The first step in my Transformative 101 program is a "deep dive" one-hour conversation - remotely or in person - to determine your biggest goals, your deepest motivations, and your best strategy forward.

We connect like this twice more over the course of a month, but we talk to each other every single day, making sure you don't fall off track or give up.

You have constant access to me, your coach, for everything from what to order at a restaurant to how to modify workouts while travelling to everyday things, like how to cope with social outings or stress.
Next, we get down to work.
You get a daily meal plan with over 100 delicious recipes, macro-matched to your nutrition target & monitored with my in-app food tracker.

I create step-by-step workouts just for you, modified and progressed as needed, specific to your goals, abilities, and available equipment.

You'll also have the real-time support of LIFTING WOMEN just like you, and achievement reminders to keep you motivated and focused.


No matter what, I'm here.
