LIFTING MAMAS is for women who are expecting or recently postpartum, looking for movement, nutrition, & lifestyle solutions to manage a healthy pregnancy and strong recovery.  You get:

  • 24/7 access to the LIFTING MAMAS chat group

  • a weekly goals "deep dive" from me 

  • customised, safe perinatal-specific workouts

  • nutrition strategies to help manage/prevent GDM and support your breastfeeding journey

Want to check your form, get pointers on how to use equipment properly, or simply enjoy your Coach Amanda workout with an in-person trainer?  You can book a one-hour personal training session with my certified staff trainer, Cressida Martin, to make sure you're on the right track - and ensure you stay confident & injury-free.
