Wouldn't it be great to stop spinning your wheels in the gym and know exactly how to exercise, at exactly what level, for exactly how long? That's what our VO2 testing facility can offer you - precise, personalised exercise prescription at an affordable cost. To learn more about what VO2 testing is and can tell you, click here.

We can also test your true RMR (Resting Metabolic Rate) to find out how many calories you burn at rest, as well as what proportion of calories your body burns from fat versus carbohydrates - a measure called "metabolic flexibility." You can learn more about what RMR testing is and how it works here.

Finally, streamline your fitness goals with accurate body composition information from our InBody® BIA machine. Over 5,100 published studies have used InBody data for its high level of validity in measuring body fat, muscle mass, and more.
